Jon Kam, P.App, CRA, has over 16 years of appraisal experience in residential real estate. Jon joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) in 2007 and holds the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation.
Over the course of his career, Jon has completed appraisals on a wide variety of residential properties across Edmonton and the surrounding area — from downtown condos and single-family homes to acreages and rural residential properties. He founded JKam’s Real Property Appraisal Services Inc. to provide homeowners, realtors, lenders, and mortgage brokers with accurate, well-supported, and impartial appraisal reports.
Jon carries full Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance and adheres to the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) on every assignment.
